Job  Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for truck/buses service customers.

Service Advisor Engineer

Job Description

  • Provide customer support via phone and face to face in the Service Centers to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide service consultation for the vehicle in the presence of the customer and perform troubleshooting (possibly together with a diagnostic specialist). 
  • Confirm the services, pricing, and appointment times/dates with the customer for the work to ensure customer’s approval for all remedial work to be carried out.
  • Ensure customer mobility while receiving the car for service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Obtain customer’s approval for additional work and forward this information to the workshop team leader.
  • Prepare complete and detailed job orders with vehicles data, diagnoses, flat rate units and working time specifications, expected costs, detailed description of problems (customer’s own words) splits for warranty, good will, and insurance, etc.
  • Qualify customer problems and logging them for workshop engineers to start taking the necessary actions while repairing.
  • Coordinate internally with the service work to adhere to commitments made to customers.
  • Estimate costs and time for work to be carried out and maintain customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle.
  • Track hours accurately and identify the available hours sold in appointment diary.
  • Organize test drives to permit a clear diagnosis of the problem by the service technician and the workshop engineer.
  • Calculate the amount of damage (damage resulting from the accident) to permit authorization by the insurer to proceed with repairs.
  • Check parts availability to start repairs to ensure finalizing the repair in the agreed time with the customer.
  • Order additional stock as required so approved repairs can occur without delay.
  • Offer vehicle accessories & tires to customer while providing service consultation to increase the accessories profitability.
  • Review and approve the service invoice and compare it to the work done before communicating it with the customer.
  • Explain the invoice to the customer to get his/her approval on all the items in the invoice.
  • Agree on payment terms with the customer on the basis of the principles established by the company’s management.
  • Conduct the final inspection in the form of a test drive and checking to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver the vehicle to the customer.

Bodyshop Team Leader/ Alexandria

Job Description:

  • Control the distribution of repair orders in the Body/paint shop to enhance optimization of resources.
  • Distribute the work orders according to his technician’s abilities to ensure timely completion with full efficiency.
  • Record the available hours in the Body/paint shop to utilize this time in the most efficient way.
  • Record technicians’ times for repair operations to monitor and ensure efficiency & utilization.
  • Establish repair times for non-standard operations so that efficiency can be measured.
  • Ensure proper use of time clock & the clocking process by the productive staff on the loading area on both DLCC (Daily Labor Clocked Card) & job cards to maximize efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor workloads, their priorities & keep the reception informed with the vehicles repairing status so that they can make realistic commitments to their customers based on the completion time.
  • Inform the additional needed repairs to the Service Advisors to get their approvals by the customers.
  • Provide technical advice to the Service Advisors on need for clarification.
  • Ensure that all operations on the job cards have been carried out fully and in compliance with the desired technical standards to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

·         Builds a rapport with customers by welcoming them and accurately logging activities on the Auto Line system.

·         Identifies the customer needs by taking them through a thorough needs analysis to fully understand their needs and interests.

·         Makes suitable product recommendations to the customer in accordance with the needs analysis.

·         Conducts business development and networking activities to generate sales.

·         Handle walk-in customers & communicate with the old customers in the data base through the social media (SMS, calls, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram) with all the updates and offers.
